There are two things you need to do to be able to rise to the second level. You will stay at 5% until you complete the following two qualifications:
1. Buy a distributor kit
2. Purchase at least $1500 of product from your upline, or the distributor you buy your kit from.
The Richway business is based primarily upon the retail sale of merchandise
to the ultimate consumer. Representatives may achieve the following status
levels based upon the retailing performance of their business:
Independent Representative:
Anyone who completes an independent
representative application & agreement form, purchases a starter pack direct
from the company, and has their application approved by Richway.
- Will receive a 5% Sales Commission.
- Will qualify to be a partner.
- May sponsor other Independent Representatives.
Partner:
An independent representative who generates personal sales
volume of $1 ,500 and meets the requirement.
- Will receive a 5% Sales Commission.
- Will qualify to be a Gold Executive.
- May sponsor other Independent Representatives.
Gold Executive:
An independent representative who generates
personal business volume of $3,000 after becoming a partner and must own three
(3) business centers.
- Will receive a 7% Sales Commission.
- May earn up to $400 in Binary Bonus per week, per Business Center.
- May earn Training Bonus 10% of the Total Amount of Binary paid in the same
month to their down line Representatives that they have sponsored.
- May be promoted to be a Emerald Executive.
- May sponsor other Independent Representatives.
- May earn one Placement Certificate per week.
Emerald Executive:
An independent representative who generates
personal business volume of $6,000 after becoming a Gold Executive and meets the
requirement.
- Will receive a 10% Sales Commission.
- May earn up to $800 in Binary Bonus per week per Business Center.
- May earn Training Bonus 10% of the Total Amount of Binary paid in the same
month to their down line Representatives that have been sponsored.
- May be promoted to be a Diamond Executive.
- May sponsor other Independent Representatives.
- May earn one Placement Certificate per week.
Diamond Executive:
An independent representative who generates
personal business volume of $6,000 after becoming a Emerald Executive and meets
the requirement.
- Will receive a 20% Sales Commission.
- May earn up to $1,200 in Binary Bonus per week per Business Center.
- May earn Training Bonus 10% of the Total Amount of Binary paid in the same
month to their down line Representatives that they have sponsored.
- May be promoted to be the MD and/or Royal Family.
- May sponsor other Independent Representatives.
- May earn on Placement Certificate per week.
- May receive Diamond Executive Watch.
- May qualify for Automobile Allowance Program.
Royal Family:
An independent representative who meets the following
criteria achieves the pinnacle of success with Richway.
- Develops extended group and assists 4 independent representatives, whom they
sponsored to become Diamond Executives.
- Receives a combined total of at least $50,000 in quick pay, binary bonus
(promotional bonuses included) during the calendar half (6 months) of
qualification.
- Will receive a 20% Sales Commission.
- May earn up to $1,200 in Binary Bonus per week per Business Center.
- May earn Training Bonus 10% of the Total Amount of Binary paid in the same
month to their down line Representatives that have been sponsored.
- May be promoted to be the MD.
- May sponsor other Independent Representatives.
- May earn one Placement Certificate per week.
- May qualify for Automobile Allowance Program.
- May earn profit sharing bonus in Company Gross Sales Volume 2% of
Total.
BONUSES AND REWARDS
The bonus system should be learned from your upline as it can be really lucrative.
Business Centers
You earn 1 Business Center for every $500 in
product you buy or sell. Each business center has 2 legs, a right and a left.
The way this network marketing program works is you add business centers until
you have 6 business centers on each leg. Again, you earn business centers for
every $500 in product you buy or sell, so when someone else orders thru you,
they earn business centers just like you did with your order, but you also earn
the same number of business centers they just earned. When you have 6 business
centers on each leg you earn a binary bonus of $400. It works like a tree,
similar to a family tree. Each business center is its own tree with a right leg
and a left leg. An example of the layout of Business Centers is shown in the
Teamwork System picture.
Binary Bonus:
- At Gold Executive Status - When a Gold Executive generates 6 or more
Business centers in each Leg of one of their Sales Increments, they earn a $400
Binary Bonus.
- At Emerald Executive Status - When an Emerald Executive generates 6 - 11
Business centers in each Leg of one of their Sales increments, they earn a $400
Binary Bonus. When they generate 12 or more Business centers in each Leg of one
of their Sales increments, they earn an $800 Binary Bonus.
- At Diamond Executive Status - When a diamond Executive Generates 6 - 11
Sales in each Leg of one of their Sales increments, they earn a $400 Binary
Bonus. When they generate 12 -17 Business centers in each Leg of one of their
Sales increments, they earn an $800 Binary Bonus. When they generate 18 or more
Business centers in each Leg of one of their Sales increments, they earn a
$1,200 Binary Bonus.
- At Royal Family Status - When a Royal Family generates 6 - 11 Business
centers in each Leg of one of their Sales increments, they earn a $400 Binary
Bonus. When they generate 12 -17 Sales in each Leg of one of their Sales
increments, they earn a $800 Binary Bonus. When they generate 18 or more
Business centers in each Leg of one of their Sales increments, they earn a
$1,200 Binary Bonus
- The Royal Family Bonus Pool - Share in Company Gross Sales Volume (2% of
Total). - The Royal Family bonus Pool is calculated by taking 2% of the
Company's total Business Volume for 1 year. This amount is then divided by the
total number of Royal Family Members according to their sales volume.
Training Bonus
Richway stands out in the industry for rewarding our
Executives for supporting, training and leading their Sales Organizations. A
training Bonus may be earned each month on all qualifying Executives. A RichWay
Representative a who has received 4 Binary Bonuses in a designated month and who
is a gold Executive, or higher, shall be entitled to receive 10% of the Total
Amount of Binary paid in the same month to their down line Representatives that
they have sponsored.
Distributor Terms
To become a
Distributor of RichWay International, Inc., a person (or legal entity) needs to
purchase the Distributors Kit for $50.00 +s&h. If you have yet to make your
initial purchase, purchase
a Distributor Kit so you can start earning referral income right away.
RichWay International Inc., willfully accept applicants for new Independent
Representatives (herein referred to as I.R.) to market their products to retail
customers. Whereas: the applicant is interested in becoming an I.R., and earning
compensation for the sale of Company Products to the retail customer. Therefore
these persons enter and agree to the Terms and Conditions herein set forth:
- All application details must be filled out completely and properly. RichWay
and therichwaybiomat.com will not be responsible for loss of commissions or bonuses, nor
delays in Distributor registrations due to errors by Distributors in preparing,
or sending in this application or other documents.
- Distributor I.D. number. RichWay will issue each Distributor a RichWay I.D.
number. Please use the RichWay I.D. number for all communications. Distributors
are requested to use their I.D. number on their marketing materials and customer
orders.
- Distributor Limitation. Only one distributorship per person shall be given.
All distributors must be of legal age as defined by the state in which the
distributor resides.
- Agreement: As an independent contractor, the distributor shall abide by any,
and all federal, state, county and local laws, Policies and procedures
pertaining to the Distributors application , and/or acquisition, receipt,
holding, selling,distributing or advertising of company products.
- The distributor shall make, execute, or file, at his/her own expense, all
reports and obtain licenses as required by law or public authority with respect
to the application. The distributor is solely responsible for declaration and
payment of all local, state, and federal taxes as they accrue because of the
distributor's activities in connection with the application.
- The RichWay business is to create ultimate consumers by retailing RichWay
products, for their personal use, or family use. It is company policy, however,
to strictly prohibit the purchase of products in unreasonable amounts solely for
the purpose of qualifying for commissions or advancement in the marketing
commission program. Distributors may not load inventory, not encourage others to
load inventory. The RichWay Compensation plan promote such activities. Failure
to abide by this policy will result in termination. A distributor must be able
to document that at least 70% of products purchased have been sold. Distributors
will be requested to prove retailing of products.
- A distributor who sponsors other distributors must accept and fulfill the
obligation of performing a bona fide supervisory sales management function in
marketing products to the ultimate consumer, educating these distributors in the
RichWay's Code of Ethics, Policies, and Procedures, RichWay compensation plan,
and other business practices.
- Distributors receive bonuses based on volume of RichWay products sold by
themselves and their marketing organization. The RichWay Compensation Plan
describes the calculation of weekly bonuses and monthly bonuses. Weekly bonus
checks are paid two weeks after proof in which the bonuses were qualified, and
monthly bonus payment (sponsor training bonus) are paid on the last weekend of
every month.
- RichWay makes no claims or warranties of any kind, including, but not
limited to, any claim for earnings and benefits concerning their products other
than those included in RichWays written literature. Any claims for earnings or
warranties of any kind, or any advertisemnt of RichWay products, must be
approved in writing by RichWay prior to dissemination.
- The terms of the agreement is not in force until acceptance by the RichWay
office.The term of the agreement is valid until the end of the year in which it
was accepted by the RichWay office. A distributor shall be entitled to cancel
this agreement at any time for any reason upon submission of written notice to
the RichWay Corporate office.
- The agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Hawaii, and all
claims, disputes and other matters between the parties of the agreement shall be
made in Honolulu Hawaii.
